REPRO ONLINE offers you professional scanning of files, registers, folders, and other document storage at attractive conditions: e.g. DIN A4 scan for only €0.05 or DIN A0 color scan for only €4.90. The affordable prices apply from the first scan. The processing time for scannable templates is one working day. Non-scannable originals, such as notarized bound building applications, sealed or stapled, or stapled folders, are digitized using a contactless special process if necessary. You send us your scan templates by mail. After receiving and reviewing your templates, you will receive an email confirmation with a fixed price offer for your order. If you do not agree with it, we will return your templates to you free of charge.

WHAT WE ARE SCANNING
We digitize your files, documents, and receipts quickly and reliably in the highest quality. From files to registers to entire archives, we scan templates of all sizes and document types. This includes notes, large-format plans, photos, and drawings with XXL length. Upon request, scanning can be done with pagination of individual documents and OCR text recognition. Contactless scans of sensitive templates are also possible. Feedable files can be scanned up to a size of 145 x 300 cm. Non-feedable documents can be scanned up to a size of 90 x 130 cm.

SCANNING FILES, FOLDERS, AND DOCUMENTS
Are you looking to digitize your paper documents and records? From loose sheets to complete folders, files, and receipts to entire archives, we scan your originals quickly and affordably. Sensitive documents, such as those with staples or seals, can be processed by us without damage. Your data is saved with a printable scan resolution of 300 ppi (in DIN A4 and 200 ppu larger than DIN A4) as PDF or PDF/A, optionally with indexing and OCR text recognition for full searchability. We name and index your files according to your specifications, reorganize data, split documents, or merge them. If needed, we also take care of the secure destruction of your originals.
DIGITIZE DRAWINGS, PLANS AND MAPS
We professionally digitize retractable construction plans and technical drawings up to a width of 145 cm (short side) and a length of 5 m! Even notarially bound documents are processed in one piece with our special scanners. Whether black and white, in greyscale, color and with high resolution, archived as an image file or subsequently vectorized - we will convert your documents into the right digital form for you. HIGH QUALITY FLATBED SCANNING SERVICE
For sensitive plans and originals that cannot be processed with a feeder device, we digitize your templates with a flatbed system up to the size of 90 x 130 cm. Notarially bound or sealed construction plans and documents can also be scanned without destruction and without mechanical stress. The digitization process is particularly gentle, using UV-free LED light with low surface heating and additional protection of a special glass pane. MICROFILM SCANNING SERVICE
We digitize microfilm and microfiche templates with an 18-megapixel active pixel sensor array. The scans can optionally be output in full color, bitonal, or grayscale. The result is images of the highest quality without information loss compared to the analog originals. We process the following film formats: microfilm (16 and 35 mm), microfiche and jackets (2-track, 5-track), COM-fiche, punch cards, micro-cards, photographic materials (slides, negatives, etc.), 35 mm perforated films. Of course, we also take on the digitization of entire microfilm archives and collections.
CAD AND VECTORIZATION
Upon request, we convert your scanned documents into precise CAD data. This involves the use of the most advanced digitization software and manual processing by a CAD specialist. The finished data can be used in your personal CAD program without any further processing. You can choose from all common CAD formats such as DWG, DXF, DGN, or Allplan. Individual specifications and layer requirements are taken into account. The price for vectorization always depends on the complexity of the drawing and its content. Therefore, please send us your templates as original drawings or image files in advance for calculation.
