PROFESSIONAL ART SCAN
Thanks to our trained staff and our powerful large format scanners, we professionally digitize your artworks up to a size of 80 x 120 cm (visible area). A homogeneous illumination across the entire width of the painting is achieved to prevent reflections and shadow formations. This ensures an accurate and precise scanning result at a resolution of 300 ppi. During the digitization process, we use UV-free LED light with very low surface heat, and the actual scanning process takes only a few seconds. Digital corrections for color-accurate digitizations of excellent quality are included in the scope of services. Additionally, you have the option to have the image produced as a high-quality art print on exclusive printing materials, such as Hahnemühle papers or as a gallery print.
GENTLE DIGITIZATION OF YOUR DRAWINGS, WATERCOLORS, AND PAINTINGS
We ensure that your originals are protected throughout the entire scanning process. Drawings, prints, and sketches are digitized using the safe flatbed method. The maximum scanning area is 1.4 x 1 m, with the artwork securely placed under glass for protection. The actual scanning process takes only a brief moment, minimizing exposure to light. Artworks such as watercolors or chalk and wax images, which often have delicate surfaces, are digitized with proper precautions.
Acrylic and oil paintings on wooden or stretched canvas can be scanned up to a size of DIN B0. Using automatic lifting technology, your original can be positioned and illuminated precisely. This is particularly important for textured or impasto coloration, where a particularly three-dimensional effect is intended. Rolled or wrinkled canvases are smoothed using a highly polished glass plate to achieve a perfect result.
